Francisco J. Oregel Jr. (Frank) is a dedicated Financial Service Professional with deep roots in California’s Central Valley. Born and raised in the region, Frank takes pride in serving the very community that shaped him. He earned his education locally, holding licenses, certificates, and degrees in both Spanish and Financial Services.

With a strong passion for youth development, Frank has been a long-time youth sports coach and an active leader in the community. He currently serves as President of the CAAL (Central Area Athletic League) and is also a board member of the LYFL (Local Youth Football League).
