Hello! My name is Francisco J. Oregel Jr., though most people know me as Frank. I was born and raised in California’s Central Valley, where I developed deep roots in agriculture, strong family values, and hometown hospitality.

Growing up, sports played a major role in shaping my character. I competed at both the high school and collegiate levels, experiencing the highs of championship victories and the lessons that come through adversity and hard work. Those same values carried into my role as a youth sports coach for over 20 years, where I emphasized discipline, perseverance, teamwork, and leadership.

For the past 15 years, I have proudly served as a Financial Services Professional, with a passion for helping individuals, families, business owners, and those in the agricultural community build secure financial futures. Following his athletic career, Cardoza transitioned into coaching and youth development, where he has successfully trained and mentored aspiring athletes, helping them build both physical skills and mental resilience. His ability to develop talent and create structured programs has translated seamlessly into his business and consulting ventures.

After a professional baseball career with the Los Angeles Dodgers organization, he transitioned into mortgage consulting and built deep expertise in credit mechanics and consumer financial health.

As Managing Partner of Wealth Synergy, LLC, he structures life-estate acquisitions, Infinite Banking strategies, and BRRRR real estate investments. He is licensed in life, health, and annuities and serves as Fund Manager with Everlast Capital.
